Tehran, iran – A series of high-speed/high-rise and high-comfort elevators, equipped to handle and differentiate varied forms of traffic, will enrich the most prestigious shopping mall in the Iranian capital, designed by famed archistar Tom Wright. Maspero Elevatori was selected to design and build these elevators, as well as a series of high-tech escalators, because of its ability to blend Italian taste and technology with the efficiency required of such a complex project. The structure, christened the Ribbon of Light, will house a luxury shopping mall on its first two floors, while the upper three floors and the terrace will be structured and furnished for ceremonies and ballrooms. Ribbon of Light will represent a veritable landmark for the northern part of Tehran, which recent international events are assigning a growing commercial and architectural role.
